Introduction

This Recurring Payment Policy explains the terms and conditions governing recurring payments for subscriptions, or services with GirishGPO (“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to our services or becoming a subscriber, you agree to these terms.

1. Recurring Payment Authorization

  • Authorization: By subscribing to our services, you authorize GirishGPO to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle (annually) specified at the time of purchase.
  • Payment Method: You must provide valid payment information, such as a credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods. You are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date.
  • Customer Pricing Notice : We impose a 3% administrative on credit cards, which is not more than our cost of acceptance.

2. Billing Cycle and Charges

 

  • Billing Cycle: Recurring payments will be charged according to the billing cycle you selected at the time of purchase (annually).
  • Charges: You will be charged the amount specified during the checkout process, which includes applicable taxes and fees. Charges will recur automatically on the anniversary of each billing cycle.

3. Payment Processing

 

  • Payment Processing: Payments will be processed using the payment information you provided. If your payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or cancel your subscription or service until the payment issue is resolved.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email when your payment is processed, and you will be notified of any payment failures or issues.

4. Changes to Recurring Payments

  • Adjustments: If you wish to change your billing cycle or subscription plan, please contact us at [email protected] to request changes. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Payments

  • Effective Date: Cancellation requests must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
  • Refunds: Depending on the timing of your cancellation and our Refund Policy [link to Refund Policy], you may be eligible for a prorated refund or partial refund.

6. Failed Payments

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If the payment issue is not resolved within 15 days, we may suspend or terminate your subscription or service.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Suspension: If payments are not successfully processed and payment issues are not resolved, we may suspend access to your account or services.
  • Termination: Continued non-payment or unresolved issues may result in the termination of your subscription.
