  2. Provide Details: Include your subscription number or service booking number and reason for cancellation.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request within 5 business days.

3. Cancellation Fees

  • Subscription: A prorated refund will be made for the unused period.
  • Services: An early termination fee may apply.
    • Example: If you cancel a 12-month subscription after 4 months, and the early termination fee is 50% of the remaining term, the charge will apply accordingly.

4. Refunds

  • Subscription Refunds: Processed according to our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where specified.
  • Service Refunds: Refunds for canceled services will follow the terms outlined at the time of booking/purchase.
