Customer Agreement

By subscribing to and using the services provided by GirishGPO (“the Company”), you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions concerning the subscription charges for the PAYE services.

1. Subscription Overview
The Company offers a subscription service for managing Pay As You Earn (PAYE) payroll, tax calculations, compliance, and related services. These services are available to you on a annual basis.

2. Subscription Charges
By subscribing to our PAYE services, you agree to the following fees:

• Yearly Subscription Fee: $150 USD Individual and $250 USD for BusinessAdditional Charges (if applicable): NonePayment Frequency: AnnualPayment Method: You agree to provide valid payment details for automatic billing via credit card.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

• Invoicing: Subscription charges will be invoiced annually, and payment is due 5 days from the invoice date.Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled in writing, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.Late Payments: If payment is not received within 7 days after the invoice date, your access to the services may be suspended or terminated.

4. Termination and Cancellation

• Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if you fail to make timely payments or breach the terms of this Agreement.

5. Changes to Subscription Charges
The Company may modify the subscription fees with 5 days’ written notice. If you do not accept the new charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

6. Privacy and Data Security
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and consent to the storage of necessary billing information for the purpose of processing subscription payments.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the  1 year  preceding the event that caused the claim.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  the State of Illinois.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer regarding the PAYE subscription charges. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing.
